These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dasta ("we", "our", "us"), a web-based digital self-reflection service. By accessing or using Dasta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Dasta is

Dasta is a digital self-reflection tool. You enter a question or theme, and the service generates a tarot-based interpretation intended to support personal reflection and introspection. Dasta is provided for personal and entertainment purposes.

Dasta does not predict the future and does not provide factual claims about real events, people, health, finances, or legal matters. Interpretations are not statements of fact.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Dasta. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18.

3. Your account

Some features require an account. We use passwordless sign-in: you receive a one-time code by email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Readings and content

Readings are generated automatically and are unique to the question you enter.
Readings are provided "as is", for reflection and entertainment, without any guarantee of accuracy, outcome, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for how you choose to interpret and act on any reading.
You retain ownership of the question text you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it solely to generate your reading, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases and payments

Readings are purchased individually or as a balance of readings, at the price shown at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. We do not see or store your card details.
A reading is digital content delivered immediately upon generation. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once a reading has been generated, it has been provided in full.
Because readings are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once a reading has been generated, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests are handled in accordance with these Terms and the policies of our payment provider.
Prices and available options may change. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

6. Acceptable use

When using Dasta, you agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Submit content that is illegal, that promotes harm, violence, hatred, or that exploits or endangers minors.
Attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
Use the service to seek decisions on serious medical, psychological, legal, or financial matters in place of a qualified professional.

We may decline to process certain requests and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these Terms.

7. No professional advice

Dasta is not a substitute for professional advice. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and must not be relied upon for such decisions. If you are struggling or in crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional or local support service.

8. Intellectual property

The Dasta name, interface, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. The tarot card illustrations are based on public-domain artwork. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service or its content without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or continuously available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant reading.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Dasta at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the service will be subject to the competent courts of Georgia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
